Foundation Delivers Sensory Task Boxes to Special Education Classrooms
Today, Andrea Ferruzzo visited several local schools to deliver sensory task boxes generously gifted by The Katherine Ferruzzo Legacy Foundation.
A total of 34 APPLE (Autism Program Preparing Learners for Excellence) and CUBS (Communication Underlying Behavioral Skills) classrooms received sets of seven specialized sensory task boxes designed to support students in developing prevocational, fine motor, and academic skills.
These hands-on tools are intended to foster greater learner independence and provide teachers with meaningful resources to support individualized instruction.
The Foundation remains committed to empowering students with autism and communication challenges through practical, classroom-ready support that makes a direct impact.
