Down Syndrome Association of Houston to Host the Katherine Ferruzzo 2026 Houston Buddy Walk This October
The Katherine Ferruzzo Legacy Foundation is honored to share that the Down Syndrome Association of Houston (DSAH) will host the Katherine Ferruzzo 2026 Houston Buddy Walk® on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 1:00–5:00 p.m. in Houston.
The Buddy Walk® is DSAH’s signature annual event, bringing together individuals with Down syndrome, their families, friends, and community supporters for an afternoon celebrating inclusion, acceptance, and community. This year’s event carries special meaning as it honors Katherine’s legacy and her lifelong passion for serving children with special needs.
Whether you have a personal connection to the Down syndrome community or simply want to support this incredible cause, everyone is welcome to attend. Participants can register as individuals or teams, make a donation, or simply come celebrate alongside hundreds of families and advocates from across the Houston area.
We are deeply grateful to the Down Syndrome Association of Houston for honoring Katherine in such a meaningful way and invite our Foundation community to join us in making this year’s Buddy Walk® a memorable celebration.
